Amazing place to train and learn from a great coaching team and be part of a brilliant group of people. If anyone has thoughts on starting a martial art then this is the place. My only regret is it took me so long to start training here!!!

As one of the coaches I can only comment on the great group of people we have training with us. We do all we can to ensure anyone who comes to train with us enjoys each and every session put on. Whatever your goals are we set your training accordingly so if you want to compete we help ready you for that. If its purely to get fit/lose weight we will certainly do all we can to help you with this. Just want to learn a something new for yourself then we will have the right atmosphere and conditions for you to do that too.
