If I could I would give this a zero. Rude staff and drivers they always lie about you not being home so they can dump your packet at some delivery point.

worst in worst, they incorrect sent my parce l to someone else and lie to my receiver due to incorrect address on the parcel. thiey reschedule to send , but still has not received the parcel. They claim already sent. no response and no update from them many escalations. poor and \don't care \service company in the world ever met!! where is my parcel???? like to give 0 or minor 10 if i could

Just awful. Never have I seen such a poor consideration of a company for its clients. After two weeks, my parcel is stucked at the rungis office, the sole solution offered to me being to get it there myself... What a joke... Shame on chronopost!

Package is marked as delivered but not at all, because they don't want to miss the deliver deadline. Luckily it's delivered to me with only one hour of delay.

Hoorible and terrible. Bad service, awful communication, slowest delivery, untrusted company. Sending me messages that tell me the package will be arrived at door drifting he morning time. So I stay at home waiting till after lunch, still no calls no delivery. Wasted my time. And it’s not the first time this kind Sh1t happen.
