My experience with this gas agency is not good. My connection is transferred to this agency is without of my knowledge. There working staff is very irresponsible. They don't care any customer is harassing or what, that's not matters to them.

Hi my experience with indane rupnagar is worst ever. we have transferred our gas connection from ropar to sangrur and paid Rs 2100 against our cylinder but due to there server issue they have not issued any single receipt to us. we requested them to courier our documents to sangrur indane gas agency and they agreed too but till date they have not sent our documents. its been more than two weeks and they have taken no action against our connection. they are just keep on harrassing us. they are not even picking up our calls which were frequently made by us on their landline. All in all we are not satisfied with their services.
