Unprofessional customer service . Acting purely like a grocery store versus a customer oriented operations . No provision for spares when required to provide a backup in case of warranty issues . Made me feel like I did not buy the scooter from Suzuki but in piece parts from different suppliers as support for each part is dealt as per supplier terms and no obligation on Suzuki . Strongly recommend NOT TO BUY any vehicles from this showroom as services is a nightmare.
