Mike Brown and his team were very respectful, timely, efficient, and did a great job on the installation of our interior french drain system for our basement! We even had rain come in the night the work was done and so far we haven't had any water come in. Our basement flooded on a Thursday (11/12), Mike came by to give us an estimate the following Tuesday (11/17), and had it repaired with two weeks (12/4)! Mike took the time to understand our needs and answered all of our questions. The pricing was fair and 20% was required up front with the balance due upon completion. It is such a relief to have this problem taken care of and hopefully for good! Thank you Affordable Waterproofing and Foundation Repair!

Poor quality workmanship and does not back-up warranties. I never met Mr. Brown until I hired him and have no other reason to post this other than warn others of his company's poor workmanship and NO warranty. Beware! I know by going through Better Business Bureau to a mediation. He then lied and said he never did the work, which costs me 7,000 to repair plus the 4100 I paid him. I have a copy of the check where I paid him see attached. The BBB recommended that I take them to court. Attached is check and photo of the non-functional piping they installed. All of this plus many more documents where shared with the BBB, which revoked their membership. Mr. Brown could have done the Christian and good business practice and reimbursed me for their mistakes. I'm posting this so others are not ripped off or have similar problems.

Do not use this company, after 1 week sump pump failed. After 1 year, 2nd pump failed. They are liars and cheats. Spend ur money elsewhere. Please dont use them. Call someone else

Mike Brown quoted a price of 2,200 and needed half of the money upfront. Came to do that job. Then said he needed to add 4,000 more because he didn’t see this part of the house was to close to the ground. Even though he has been there on 2 separate occasions. Okay, just give me my money and we can call it even. NO! This guy said no, we keep the materials he up charged and only gave us 138 dollars back. We paid 962 dollars for materials that cost maybe 700 at most. He never completed the job. And never wanted to respond back when I was asking for the invoices because I knew he up charged the materials. DO NOT GO HERE! If your young or look vulnerable he will take full advantage of you.

Had no problems or issues with Mike. Very responsive by text or call. Always on time or early when we would meet. Did an awesome job waterproofing basment and corrected issue with walls. Would hire again.
