Our Salesman Eddie Howle was great to work with. We started the process of upgrading our 5th wheel about 5 years ago. We told Eddie that we were not ready to buy, but needed to research our options. We researched for 5 years and each time we looked or inquired, Eddie was there to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. He trusted us when we told him we were going to buy and we would give him first chance at a sale. When the time came he assisted with working through pre-delivery, paperwork and keeping us in the loop on what information we needed at time of delivery. Great salesman and overall great person to deal with. Thanks again to Eddie and Bill Plemmons RV for a great buying experience.

They are crooks and willing to take money from a senior citizen. Keeping a refundable 500 deposit and refusing to refund it back means more to them then doing the honorable right thing. Very dishonest and pushy sales person who will lie to you and blame the customer for their shady business practices. They have a hidden agenda to take your money and run. Their eal\ reputation it seems is not that good from people I have talked to versus what you see online. So I will be posting my review elsewhere on other review sites as well as the Better Business Bureau. The truth of this place needs to be known so others are not swindled out of their hard earned money. Beware and stay away from this corrupt business that preys on people!

I stopped in to buy some something at Bill Plemmons in Rural Hall. While they posted signs that customers should wear masks and social distance, Not a single staff member was wearing a mask. I saw a rep talking with two masked customers and he did not have a mask on and was only 2’ from them. They are not following the state mandate and are putting their fellow coworkers and customers at risk. I tried to give feedback to a manager but the receptionist acted like no one was available. She said she was only supposed To put one on if she stood up to help a customer. Customers should not have to ask workers to follow the law. Outrageous given that the CDC is saying the biggest risk is people in enclosed spaces without masks and social distancing. EDIT: in a pinch, I went back to this store in Jan 2021 because they were the only place in town I could buy a sealer I needed. I was prepared to walk out if masks were off again, but to my great surprise, The 5 people I saw all had them on. I’m giving them credit for the improvement and upgrading my review to 3 stars.

Needed to refill my propane tank for my camper. And pickup a propane gas hose!line for the same. Mine was old and started a slow but dangerous leak. They were more than able and capable of helping me. Just had eye surgery the day before. Not allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs for a few weeks. They took tank out of my vehicle, filled it, and put it back for me. Parts and gas came to less than 40.00. Thank you Bill Plemmons parts dept!!!

Johnathan was an excellent, laid-back salesman. I got a great deal on a Jayco camper. The thing that impressed me the most was when the technician shows you your camper. Billy Ray, on delivery day, spent at least an hour showing us our camper in detail. They made sure we understood every aspect of our new purchase. They also showed us their parts department and different items that we could choose from to better our camping experience. I would definitely recommend Bill Plemmons for all your RV needs. Thanks again Johnathan! Sorry about the tie!!! :)
