They have shown us appreciation with fun gifts which let us know that we had not been forgotten. They were not pushy in their sales pitch. They have extremely good communication and did not leave us hanging. They were willing to answer any questions that arose. I would highly recommend them if you are looking into getting solar panels!

We have had a great experience with Rural Power & Light. Very professional, patient, prompt, and expert service. From my first contact with them with me asking 100 questions, to powering up my new solar panels took less than a month! I was very nervous about the install because of my OCD ways but they exceeded my expectations and did a wonderful job. I can rest a little now knowing that I do not have to worry about utility bills increasing and also being without power. I encourage everyone to look into adding solar power to their homes!
