I have had the pleasure of working at Rushall and seen first hand how staff care for residents. The residents are shown dignity, respect and empathy and all the staff from director to care staff go above and beyond in putting the residents at the centre of their care. Activities in particular are excellent, and I’d have no hesitation placing a relative of my own in this care home. The home itself is undergoing refurbishment, and the management are investing a lot into making this the best environment they can. Well done all at Rushall!!
