I had an appointment as a new patient a week ago. I saw Samantha Civil who was very knowledgable, friendly and was able to sort my feet out! I felt like I was walking on clouds when I left and still do now. I highly recommend this practice and would certainly use it again if needed.
First appointment here today. Had a text reminder and a courtesy phone call to see if I knew how to get there as if you're not sure of the area this would be actually really helpful. Very welcoming feeling on arrival. One tiny form to complete and lovely waiting room with free coffee machine...possibly dolce gusto..and water as well. Really professional podiatrist,Samantha, who asked really thorough questions and started by checking the circulation in my feet...never had that done before at previous places!!! Felt really comfortable and relaxed...even commented at the time I could have fallen asleep!!! Really happy with the foot care and results from my first appointment and am going back in three weeks. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their feet. Definitely five stars.
Booked my first appointment at less than 24 hours notice, cup of coffee, seen on time, all done, finished early, with great counselling from Freya. Now skipping like a lamb.
