Our 7 year old son has been a member of Tiska Rushden for over two years, and I can't speak highly enough of the class. Mr Mistry is able to engage with young children and adults alike, he teaches respect for the class and the karate, but most of all he makes it fun and enjoyable! Our son has now passed 6 gradings, and whether the classes have been in the dojo or via Zoom (throughout lockdown) he has grown in confidence not only in karate, but his all-round self confidence has also grown. A great introduction to a disciplined sport, which will have a lasting impact on his future development.

Brilliant Class! Both our children have grown in confidence since attending. Mr Mistry is a great teacher and the kids enjoy and respect him. During lockdown the classes have still gone ahead through Zoom which has been fantastic to keep them active and continue with their progress. Would highly recommend to all ages !
This is a great family friendly club with an excellent instructor. My eldest has been coming here since the club opened about 12 years ago and my youngest for the last 6 years. They have made new friends here and karate has also given them huge confidence. They have taken part in competitions and as a parent it's great to see how much karate has helped them in everyday life.
Great karate club. Always well structured and disciplined classes. My son aged 9 loves attending.
