If I could give 0 I would.. if you wanna wait up to/over an hour call them. Every time I’ve called it takes over a half an hour meanwhile buses pass by left and right while I wait. I called for a ride, they told me it’d be a half an hour, less than 5 minutes later a bus showed up to drop someone off and refused to pick me up. Now I’m sitting in the pouring rain for the SECOND DAY IN A ROW waiting for them to decide when I get to do what I need to. Great idea, terrible service.
