If I could give this business no stars I would. Do not fall for this crappy business. I'm guessing the only thing they are good for are towing semi's and over pricing them. They can't even keep their equipment up to date to do an aliment right. This crappy business decided to open an even crappier gym. Of course like everything else its way to over priced even for veterans. On top of that they had some of the worse equipment I have ever worked out on. On top of all of this I received the worse costumer service of all time. They lied and made fake paperwork just to take more money from me. Do not fall for this bussiness!

The parts store has everything you need. The mechanics are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys are it!

Very rude, i called to get a quote the lady gave a quote over the phone. i clearly asked "how long can you have a truck their she said 30 minutes". Never did i once say okay lets do it. Actually the call dropped i didint call them back neither did they and they decided to show up. We ended up paying them. The lady at the office calls me and says " dont ever call my company again". Call other companies avoid these people they are rude and unprofessional!

Horrible customer service, very long turn around time on simple projects, took over 2 days from appointment for them to even look at my vehicle. Be careful of their "warranties" and DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR RECEIPT from them!

If you want something fixed and fixed correctly then Russ auto is the only place to take it. What makes it even better is everyone is so friendly and knowageable there
