We have used Green Thumb for snow removal for two seasons now. They are the most communicative company that I have ever experienced. We received emails before, during and after snowstorms so we always knew what to expect and when. They went above and beyond by even giving us a heads up before the final pass to allow people to move cars from their driveways. Excellent Service!!

I signed up for this service the day of one of the first big snow storms in the winter of 2020-2021. To my surprise the company was out and cleared my driveway the very next morning. After that, they sent email updates ahead of every snowfall, which were greatly appreciated, and would have the laneway cleared before I had to leave the house. Will definitely be renewing next year and highly recommend this company to anyone in Russell!

Excellent service. Clean early and made sure that when the snow plow passed, the snow was clear. Sometimes three passes in one day. Worth every penny. Let the experts with the proper machinery do what they know best. Your back will tahnk you!
We used their snow removal service, the team more than met my expectations, I especially liked the email communication on times they would dispatch their tractors and in short order I knew when the tractor would arrive to clear the snow, and a quick email to let them know the snow ploughs had been by, and would return to clean the end of the driveway. Where do I sign up for next season?

Our neighbour hired this service to remove one of their trees in which they did a great job but in the process, damaged our lawn with their heavy machinery. I spoke to Riley, the owner, at the time of the damage in respect to the tire marks (deep grooves) in the grass. I then called him on 2 occasions, first he said he would bring top soil to level the lawn so I can seed it. I then called him again about a week later to remind him and he still hasn't shown up to repair the damages 3 weeks later. We are very disappointed in the lack of professionalism!
Rob and Scott of Riley's crew did an excellent job removing a tree that was leaning toward our house and tangled in with electrical wires. The tree was expertly removed and nothing damaged. I highly recommend this business.
