My boiler failed, I called Alex in the afternoon and he was at my house by the evening. Unfortunately, the fault could not be fixed there and then due to a missing part, but they were back the next morning just after 7-30 am to fit it. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast - you couldn't ask for more.

My elderly parents boiler broke down and Alex went out of his way to find time in his busy schedule to come and fix their boiler. He was very profesional, friendly and thorough and carried out the repairs to a high standard. My parents were very happy with the work carried out we would highly recommend Russell Heating.
