I left Mike a message on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour or so, he returned my call. My dryer was making loud squeaking noises. I send him a photo of the model number so he could be sure he had the necessary replacement parts. He scheduled an appointment with me on Tuesday and showed up on time. In an hour or so, the dryer was fixed perfectly! The price was very fair.

Woke up to a puddle of water under our fridge. Called every repair service I could think of and everyone was booked. Ed was able to come same day, even early. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would call Ed for all service repairs!
We are extremely happy with Ed's service! He arrived on time (most contractors I've hired NEVER seem to show up on time...), was extremely knowledgeable, polite and completely trustworthy. (I would feel comfortable giving him the keys to my house if I couldn't be there!) He fixed our fridge in no time, and I was please with the bill, it was reasonably priced, no surprises there. I can recommend Munch Appliance Repair without hesitation.
