I work at a charter school and we had a donated piano that needed keys repaired as the hammer would not strike. Danny Potter came the very day I called and fixed the keys expertly. He went the extra mile for our school and donated the service!!! Can you believe that..FREE. It was the best Christmas present ever as now our Choir will be able to perform and numerous students will be able to take after school piano lessons. We can't thank him enough.
I'm always scared that I'm going to get ripped off by service people because I have no idea what they are doing. Danny was awesome. He didn't just tell me what needed to be done and give me the price, he showed me what was wrong, how it usually works, and what needed to be done to get it working again. It made me feel much more confidant about the work I was having done. Also, I learned something, the inside of a piano is AWESOME! On top of all of this Danny is affordable AND gives quality service. Will definitely recommend him and have him tune/fix my piano again.
We scheduled tuning service at our house, no show...He called to apologize and rescheduled to come back the following week, this time no call no show...We will not be scheduling again
