I would not recommend this company for a home inspection at a cost of 600.00. Their inspection is flawed at best. They were the realtors list of preferred companies, consider that a red flag. They conducted a home inspection of a property I was interested in. There were many issues that needed to be addressed and I thought for sure they would red flag the property to have the sellers invest money to bring home up to code prior to sale but passed house instead to my shock. The heating system failed two days after closing, they said it ran so they passed it, never checked the heating ducts or lines for proper working conditions, isn't that comforting. The electrical system had numerous lost circuits needing attention and plumbing valves were broken or blocked requiring some new pipes and relays, In all the updates required to bring home to codes equals 45,000 but they passed house regardless. Again, I would not recommend this company.

These guys are my go to for many things. My old house had mold and they took very good care of me as it was affecting my health. My new house they just put a Radon system in and did an impeccable job. They clean up after themselves arrived perfectly on time. Tom is such a pleasure to work with and I feel like he really cares about making safe homes for people. I highly recommend this company!!!

These folks were amazing. They came in, did the inspection, and had detailed notes and pictures of everything that needed to be worked on. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I had the inspection report in my email by the time I made it to the car.
