The place itself is clean and actually kind of nice but the staff appears to be burned out and in need of something to cheer them up. I'm sure they deal with a lot of stressful clients but if you cannot handle this type of work it would be best to move on. The staff might consider that some of the people who need assistance are actually good people in a jam and even if they are abusing the system why treat everyone poorly just because of the bad ones. I would suggest some training or possibly the release of staff members who need to be moved to employment without public contact. If this is a volunteer position it is sad to think that there are no friendly volunteers available.

Cathy always has a smile for all who come in.
They have helped us but I've also been treated rude and have seen a lady that was known in the town with less children than I show up and leave with alot more food \help\ than me having three little ones.
