Such a fantastic branch to deal with. I’ve used branches in Orleans, Kingston and Mississauga and this one has always been the best to deal with. I recommend using Peggy for anything Personal and Jordan for anything business.

-Great staff -Phone system is probably the worst I have ran into, press 1 for blah blah blah. - I been told that this bank is a training ground for the larger locations which would explain why you get a different financial advisor every few years.
Incredibly professional yet very personable with that small town feel. We've truly enjoyed our banking experience so far, since moving to Russell!

I don't know why there are so many negative comments about this Branch? I have been dealing with Scotiabank Russell for over 11 years and have always found the Management and Staff to be very friendly and helpful. One of the best bank branches I have dealt with in over 50 years of banking.
