I came to the store on Thursday and talk to the new staff and she was so helpful and answered all my questions. I decided to renew my contract through her assistance. I came back Saturday and It was Karla who was there. Kudos to the new staff and thanks to Karla for the wonderful service.

Karla and Angela were both excellent to deal with. I do have an issue with the Telus business plan but that’s not their fault. Also Apple has a new cord for their phones now which requires a new block and car charger. That is annoying and a money grab in my opinion.
