Ordered 17:40 (and was told it would take 30-40 minutes) and after NUMEROUS calls without any answer, only received it at 20:15 - TWO HOURS AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES LATER!! The driver had the audacity to refuse giving me the pizza unless I pay first..! Paid for extra toppings that was not added!! Sick and tired of Debonairs Service. The driver accuses the shop, the shop accuses the call centre - GET A GRIP and take responsibility!!!! Please contact me ASAP!!

Poor poor service. Ordered pizza at 19:50pm, it's now 21:16pm and Nothing is said .I'm now trying to call and the number is not going through ,Very disappointed .

Rustenburg Square, the pizza is always dry, with no sauces and fillings, always disappointing especially the Triple Decker️please improve, waste of money

Debonairs should honestly try using Mr D for their deliveries because they are completely incompetent when it comes to delivering orders,I ordered at 16:50 pm and it's now 19:40 and I'm still waiting for them to deliver.Rustenburg Square Debonairs is such a joke and they do not take us serious as customers, I've been receiving this kind of poor service since 2017 and 3 years later it's still the same pathetic service.Just be careful when you order on their app that you do not make an immediate payment or else you'll regret it deeply.Ive given them enough time to redeem themself,3 years to be precise but they still manage to disappoint.Do something about the staff at Rustenburg Square or suffer the consequences of losing customers
