Dr. Anders was on call when I came in in labor with my first child. He pushed Pitocin on me when I clearly verbally refused it on multiple occasions and pulled and harassed me during my entire labor (including demanding cervical checks less than 5 minutes after a nurse had checked me and stretching my cervix during contractions while I screamed in pain and fought to get away). This man is not using a mother or baby friendly model of care, much less evidenced based care. It is time for mothers to stand up for their rights and start giving reviews of practitioners who treated them badly!
