We came here for my husband's birthday dinner. The chips that came with the spinach dip was stale. The replacement chips were over cooked. My daughter got her food after eveyone else was already eating. My rice was over cooked and too dry to eat. My husband's chicken was good but pasta was all stuck together. The bathroom was nasty she someone pucked and had not been cleaned up. The warriors h was awesome though. I will probably not be back.

We we're there almost 2 hours and still did not get all of our food. It took us 45 minutes to get drinks. We spoke to the manager twice during our visit and although she deeply discounted our ticket, she said our waiter never put in the orders....really??? Willing to try once more.
The most horrid lunch experience EVER!!!! Hostess (her first day) was a sweetheart. She is the reason for 1*... Waiter -5* in the hour we spent there he never came to our table the poor hostess brought my drink and took our order, hubby never got his drink! The service -5* after waiting for our food we gave up. The charge? 3 for a soda, I asked for a go cup yep another 10 minutes. Asked to speak with manager bahahaha that was priceless. She assured me our food was ready.... Her words, "I'm sorry, that's all I can say because I don't know what happened"... I calmly told her we didn't want the food... The older couple walked up and told her Applebee's would never get 1 from him again.... NEVER AGAIN. BTW there were only 5 tables/booths taken.
Bar was half empty and servers very slow, no refills fast enough, didn’t have drinks we asked for and realize 10min late. I’ve had good experiences previous times so I am assuming the server was the problem this time, but we waited over 10minutes to get a beer and find out they didn’t have it (it takes 2 minutes to check out if you have or don’t have a beer) and forgot about bringing stuff to the table when asked. Disappointed about this experience
I went last month with the 3 kids and husband at dinner time. It was not busy so thought it should be fairly straightforward and quick. Well, server took 20 minutes to get our drinks then over an hour to get our food. Decided to try again today for lunch too take advantage of the 12 minutes entrees for my lunch break. We were immediately seated, not busy at all, at least 4 or 5 servers that I saw, but then waited for over 20 minutes just to get a server to take our drink order. Finally left after not having had anyone serve us aside from the host after 20 minutes and never even had anyone ask our drinks. I won't be trying again.
I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. The chicken was perfectly grilled and very tender and juicy. Probably some of the best I've ever had. And everything else tasted fresh. It was a very good expereince.
Last time I went to this location it took 10 minutes to be seated. They were not busy and I can see the hostess talking on her phone and I received one finger up telling me to hold up. I was irritated at this point, but stayed to eat instead of going to another place. Once seated I had to wait 15 minutes just for a server to put in my drink order and take my food order. Cook time was a longer than normal and when I received my food it was cold. I talked to a manager but she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and had an attitude. I suggest never going here. You're best bet for a decent Applebees is in Monroe.
Slow service restaurant only 1/2 full but staff kept saying how busy they we're with graduation parties. It just wasn't that many people there. It took 45 min to get riblet plate after I ordered it. Take out took 1hr for one customer. Bartender had a lot of personal conversation with servers. Whole place seemed disorganized,. But food was excellent.
