Gregg Phillips is the best insurance agent around! I have had insurance with him for many many years. He has become a friend and is alert with my needs and always steers me in the right direction. I've had State Farm auto and householder insurance for almost 50 years, since rental days, and I have never once been disappointed in its service. But Gregg Phillips has been particularly helpful to me as I've dealt with claims for structural damage to house and generally learned to navigate such matters on my own. He has gone far beyond his job description. I know from others that my experience with him is typical. I think everyone wants an experienced insurance agent who responds quickly and personally to problems and who is a client advocate, not adversary. I also think moral character and a positive disposition is critical for an agent. Greg Phillips is such a person. I recommend him and State Farm with enthusiasm.
