The room was very clean but with tax I paid 180 for one night. This room was NOTHING fancy. I have stayed in rooms for 100 that were nicer. I could hear the man next door snoring all night. We had a room with an adjoining door and the top of the door was warped and didn't close all the way. Will not stay there again. They should update there rooms to charge that much!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but this particular time was horrible. The water backed up into the sink and I was forced to use bottle water to rinse my mouth into the toilet after brushing my teeth and had to wash my hands using water from the tub. The toilet ran constantly after each flushing unless the handle was jiggled and the hook on the bathroom door was hanging off. The staff was made aware and stated they were unable to move me because they were booked up??? Promised to have maintenance fix the next day but nothing happened. When I returned the next day, not even the dirty towels had been removed!!

I wouldn't chose to stay at this location. Bed comforter had a large urine stain and all they wanted to do was change the comforter ONLY..I advise you to stay somewhere other than Hampton

A warm, friendly place. Stayed the night after surviving 1 of a 2 day trip through the snowstorm Uri. All restaurants were closed and their free breakfast was a welcomed relief.

Great hotel choice! I was expecting same Covid policies as most hotels with no social hour dinners and no hot breakfast but they are running normal here, which is great! Aside from the free meal and drink and hot breakfast, the staff was real friendly and professional. The first room I had the tv didn't work and they moved me right away. Only issue I have with this hotel is only parking is on front side of the hotel so I can't see my car. Besides that this is a good hotel choice.

Service was excellent. The room was clean and well prepared for covid. Every employee was masked. Hand sanitizer everywhere. The hospitality breakfast was sufficient and the guy over the breakfast was so friendly and courteous.
