The customer service was spectacular. I came in the store with my truck practically broke down 8n the parking lot an hour before closing. I had to purchase several things after working on my vehicle in the parking lot and everytime I reentered the store I was quickly assisted. I even was asked if I needed anything else before they locked up and closed for the night. Very polite and helpful gentleman.

I called three times. Out of the three times I called they picked the phone up once and hung up on me. 11/15/2020 at 1:45 pm I’ve always preferred O’Railly over the other parts houses in town but have changed my opinion. You lost a good customer.
