I was working with a mobile home company to get a home placed on my property. They had Russell and Associates design the septic for me. I didn't receive full plans from the mobile home company and they also gave the wrong location for the home placement. I contacted Russell and Associates directly and instead of giving me the rest of the plans with the wrong septic location, I was refunded my money which went above and beyond just making things right.
