My husband and I had a home built with Ryan Homes and it was a lovely experience. Patty, our agent alog with DJ and Phillip our project managers were amazing! All of them were very friendly and helpful along the way. We have zero complaints for the staff. They were all very professional, replied to emails, texts and phone calls in a very timely manner. If there were any concerns they handled it appropriately. I would definitely reccomend building with Ryan Homes!

My wife and I were looking for a really nice home in an HOA neighborhood, similar to the one we had grown accustomed to in Virginia Beach. We found that home in the Pendleton Subdivision with the able assistance of Patty McCarthy and her Ryan associates. We know we will enjoy our home and this golf course community.
My husband retired from military service after 30 years and we found our forever home with Ryan Homes @ Pendleton. It was exactly what we were looking for, single story with a basement. Our home backs up to a beautiful 18 hole golf course. We’re looking forward to the pool and community center next summer. It was Patty McCarthy’s friendliness and professionalism that first drew us to Ryan Homes. Patty and Amanda with NVR walked us thru the entire process and answered all of our million questions. So patient! Lol. Our Project Manager DJ and Phil were amazing as well. We couldn’t have asked for a more PASSIONATE team! The attention to detail and care that they took was not overlooked.
