I thought my almost 15 month old son had an ear infection because he has so many teeth coming in at once. He wasn’t sleeping, he wasn’t eating like usual, was EXTREMELY whiny & wouldn’t lay down without screaming like he was in pain. I called & got him a same day appointment on July 31, 2020 with Dr. Smith, he usually sees Dr. Powell but she didn’t have any openings (she’s great btw) but Dr. Smith said he had fluid on his ears but no infection, said to do saline up his nose & run a humidifier at night & sent us on our way. Took him back on August 17, 2020 because he had gotten worse, said the same thing & sent us on our way (was doing the saline & humidifier since July 31) Took him to my doctor on August 31 & they said he had an ear infection & got him some antibiotics & with one dose of them he was already acting completely different & almost back to his normal self. I’m not sure why she didn’t prescribe him anything but it infuriates me that she didn’t. He was in pain & I felt like she didn’t care. I would not recommend Dr. Smith to anyone.

Dr seems fine and seems to care. Petty staff lies to suite themselves something you expect from a retail outlet store. The Dr might be out to help people but it's obvious the office staff are there just for a job and can care less. This is from multiple experiences over many years not one visit.

I’ve used them for many years never really had an issue till today. My youngest is 5 months old and is sick my husband tried to take him to the doc today bc he was off and they refused to see my 5 month old and said that they were full.... I am switching to a different doctor!!! I will not pay for a doctor that refuses to see an infant. I wouldn’t be so mad if he was 1 or older bc they have better immune systems and could wait but an infant is a different story.
