They went out of their way to help me fix my laundry issue. After playing around with all the others in the area, I will ALWAYS call Champlain first!
They arrived as they promised. The technician was friendly, informative, and the estimate was accurate so nothing was unexpected. Scheduling was a ways out, probably due to the holidays.
I had a young repair man called Steven, who was very honest efficient and pleasant. I am very satisfied.
