It’s hard not to be impressed with the plethora of healing practices offered here like the salt cave. pyramid has a variety of metaphysical tools such as literature, crystals, incense, oracle and tarot cards as well as singing bowls and jewelry. I really enjoy their singing bowl events/classes. Super relaxing and guided by a talented healer.

I absolutely love this place! The lady behind the counter was pleasant and friendly, and the salt room was magical! Peaceful, beautiful background music, and enchanting space. Lit by a soft, low soothing glow, but not so dim as to be a hazard walking. I was a little worried about walking barefoot on the salt, but it didn't hurt my feet, and the salt kills any germs. Even if you get nothing more out of it than an 50 minute nap in the middle of the day, it's well worth the inexpensive price. I don't get to Rutland very often, but I can't wait to go back and try the other rooms!
