Our whole experience with this dealership was comfortable. Our salesman, Paul was awesome. I do not like pushy people, period. Paul won me over quickly with his personality and struck me as just people like me. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted and had only 1 specific requirement, a bathroom. We'd always thought of a pop-up being what we wanted, and he showed us several. All were very nice but didn't quite fit us, so then we moved on to lite campers. The first one is the one we wound up buying even though we did check another one too. Everything went smoothly from decision forward. We pick it up in a few days when they will install our hitch and school us on how everything works. We are excited for our first adventure in it and so thankful for Paul! Tell him I sent you!

Sierra and Danny were wonderful people, they help us true the sale of our G19FD, thank you, but let me tell you, this place is , let me say, a lot of happy campers working there, never seen such an unhappy place, we brought in a cashier's check for the amount of owned, the finance manager, Edgar Duran or anybody at this dealership ever offered a cup of coffee, tea or a bottle of water. There is absolutely no customer service. I gave it a 2 star rating because of Sierra and Danny they deserve a 5 star rating but the overall is a -0. This place needs to improve on customer service. Also, we were offered aa extended warranty for 2700, we thought it was a kind of steep, there were no limitations written on the extended warranty, we declined it. Edgar told us they had a special on for the month of December, that was a lot less than the previous offer. There is 1 year warranty on the trailer, you will get offers right and left when the warranty is about to run out, we put that money is a special \trailer\ fund.

We continued our search and ultimately came back to purchase an option she presented. Excellent communication and easy transaction! Great option at a great price.
