We want to thank the folks at Rv World in Ashland - you took us in mid-afternoon with only 1 tech on duty for an intermittent electrical problem - Doug diagnosed it and repaired it within an hour or so and got us on our way safely. No problems since then! Thank you Lisa for checking us in , Doug for great technical work and Carl for letting everyone help a fellow New Englander! They have our full recommendation for attitude and service!

I made this account just to leave a review! RV WORLD was amazing to deal with. I've been looking for a camper for about 2-3 weeks and hadn't stopped here yet. I was actually in the process of signing papers at a different dealer when the finance manager ruined my experience and I left, went to RV world and bought my new camper all in one short afternoon. First off, James was amazing. He was honest, knowledgable and kept me focused. The whole dealership gave a family feel. I was already anxious considering my other experience and then we met JOHN the finance manager. Equally as amazing as James. They did they're very best to explain things and to get me out on Saturday afternoon with my new camper and they did just that! If you're interested in supporting local and small town feels then this is your place, I will recommend everyone here and will continue to go back!

Just picked up our camper! Everyone was super nice and helpful. There were a few issues but all got fixed and agreed apon in a professional and customer friendly matter! They really do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. They didn’t limit our viewing of campers the first time we went. I think we looked at every camper on the lot! Pickup went smoothly and we are very pleased so far with their customer service!!!!

Super friendly. Low pressure. They follow up on their promises. We bought a used camper from them and had an electrical problem the first trip out. They replaced the part and paid our extended warranty deductible for us. Very cool...they didn't have to do that. I would definitely buy from them again.

If you're looking for a RV the only place to go is RV World of VA. My wife and I found the travel trailer we wanted. There was a used one a half hour from our house. I did some searching and found a new one at RV World of VA for only a couple thousand more. I called and spoke with James. He was very helpful and was great about returning phone calls. After we struck a deal I drove 9 hours to pick up a new Mallard M302. John the finance manager knew I had to drive home the same day and had all the paperwork in order and ready to sign. I had a few minor issues with getting the tag, John and Melissa were both very helpful in getting it resolved. We are very happy with our RV and when it's time for a new one we will go to RV World of VA.

Great experience. Seems like they price the used RVs a little under the other dealers, so that's a help. It's nice working with a smaller dealer, they know our name when we walk in. Service after the sale is just as pleasant as the purchase. You will like working with them
