Dr Bill Truong here is amazing. Both my husband and me are seeing him in the last two years or so and can't say a single bad word about Bill. I myself is a researcher so I always do research before I see my doctor and ask a lot of questions. Bill always has the answer for me or he would point me to the right direction. Bill is also a very thorough Dr that explain things quick and well. We moved houses and were seeing new GP for a couple of months and came back to Bill again. It is a bit of drive to see him but worth the effort for his knowledge.

So upset the gp saw my son 12 days ago with the negative text for covoris-19, they won’t listen when I am talking, just ask me even I had wise special emergency hospital referral and blood text x-ray results. But because they won’t listen to me. They did see my son. How kind clinic they are. And reception did ask my permission to copy my son’s letters, even i told if you do not see my son do not copy my son’s informations. But they still tied to but my son’s letters to their computer. I want know do I have rights. why they did not expect people My private information.

I made an appointment with the receptionist Jessica for my son to see a doctor. She she called me back as she forgot to ask me if my son had any flu like symptoms. Arriving early to our appointment Jessica's greeting to us wasn't a warm one, she just asked us if we had our face masks. I replied no we don't, as we have been there on multiple occasions during the Covid period and were never a neccessity. She rudely replied "The doctor won't see you without masks" Prior to this occasion we have never had to wear masks during Covid She didn't try and offer any masks to us and just kept repeating her statement that the doctor won't see us without a face mask Jessica could have at least informed us on the phone that face masks are now required. It's a shame because usually our visits to this practice is usually pleasant, however Jessica was not helpful.

Picked up my son from child care and found a bite under his foot which had severely swelled up , I rushed him to Rydalmere Medical Centre and they said they cannot see my son because apparently we had to walk in a lot earlier because they closed at 5:30, mind you I had called 5 minutes before I arrived and told the receptionist I was on the way, which she said was okay. The thing that absolutely got me fired up is, I wouldn't care if it was about me since I'm an adult but how doctors refuse to see a 2 year old kid is disgusting . I'm not a doctor so I put my faith in experts, but when they refuse to treat you, it's a let down. I used to push my family members to all go to Rydalmere Medical Centre as we are residents of Rydalmere, but after this, I will be letting all my friends, family and community members know what sort of people work there.

Rediculous. It took me 25 mins waiting for unable to see a nurse for a vaccine shot. Then I was told to see a doctor if I was fit to have a vaccination. Then it took me another 10mins for seeing a doctor. So, I have been waiting for almost one hour for not being seen by any one in that Medical Center with not busy morning!!! Entire waiting people number was less than 10!!!
