Would give more stars if I could. My fiance and I came in looking for new cars and Peter was fantastic to deal with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a great experience and would not only stick with Mazda but would come back to Mazda Ryde to Peter, Mustafa and the crew.

Had to wait a month for the car to be delivered which is understandable due to COVID delays and was told we'd be contacted and provided a more accurate time of arrival. Closer to the promised date, did not receive sufficient updates regarding an ETA on the car and had to call through twice for an update. Once the car arrived we called to make sure we could pay on the day of collection using a cheque and were assured over the phone that this would be fine but upon arrival (and after I had taken time off work to be able to pick up the car) we were told we could not take the car until the cheque had cleared. Had we known this we would of course made payment during the month long wait for the car. The service people on the day were helpful and offered to drop off the car to our residence once we obtained a Bank cheque the next day. Thought that was the end of it but now have received a toll notice from the day that the car was delivered. The icing on the cake!
