I bought a used KTM from Ryder Motorcycles, and found everyone to be a very friendly and helpful bunch of guys. They were happy for me to test ride the bike before buying, and on collection day, Joe arranged all the paperwork and taxing of the bike, and even fitted a new battery at no extra cost. Great people to do business with.

I’d like to thank Joe for his patience, listening and understanding me as a customer and few bits added and fitted prior to bike collection. First time dealing with them as they were recommended by mate of mine and reviews here. Communication was very professional even over the phone. Also been to workshop and mechanic is nice and chatty bloke. Looking at him working on another bike gave me confidence and will be switching for service to Ryder from now on. Nice bike, prepared to very high spec and detailed like out of factory. Thank you very much Joe. An update: 03rd July 2020 Year later I had a small issue with my bike. Jo responded immediately and booked me in next day first thing in the morning even though in a workshop schedule was no slots available. All sorted with an hour. Thank you Ryder Motorcycles and thank you Jo.

What a friendly bunch a guys. Great selection of used bikes. Pity lockdown rules forbade having a look around. Possibly the cleanest loo I’ve ever seen in motorcycle dealers. Can’t wait to go back when things return to normal.

The guys and girls at Ryder Automotive are very helpful and full of great advice. The kit ( bash hats, leathers and gloves) they sell in the shop is great quality at good prices. Anything I ask about was supplied no problem with other options offered in a friendly helpful way. This family run business is all about your needs providing a great service with great bikes and kit in a relaxed way. They even came to my rescue 40 minutes after I bought my bike because I ran my battery low trying to start my bike with the kill switch engaged , they came and jumped started me. Thoroughly Enjoyable experience, Thank you.
