First time I've used them, but the people were very nice and helpful. Bays are clean and dry.
I had a unit here for a few years . One day I go and there was a red padlock on my unit . I called and asked why . He told me it was because he got a call from someone that said someone was impersonating me . So instead of getting my phone number from the paperwork I filled out when I got the unit and calling me to find out he just slapped a padlock on my unit . I'm wondering why then did I need to leave my number on the paperwork when I rented it to begin with? If I could I'd give 0 stars .
Ive had 2 storage units here for about 3 years now. Very happy with the business, always plowed for ease of access with newer, watertight units. The owner is a very nice guy who is easy to deal with and very responsive. This is not one of those places that are out to rip people off at the first opportunity. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to put their stuff and know its secure.
