This a great place to go for an easy hike and have some really great views of the water. It's popular on the weekends but during the week it's very quiet. It makes you feel like you're far removed from lower Westchester County. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful, nature, wildlife. Was just there an hour ago 12/26/20 on a -1c post rain winter day, slightly muddy in the marshland points but that's to be expected, especially after the rain. Little beach, benches to sit here and there, really nice. Parking available in front.
Great trails and incredible wildlife.
Today was cloudy day. We saw wild turkeys, woodpecker, deers and also chipmunks. Good for walking and caught fresh air.
