another 2 good good Dr left grange road since they moving to crawcrook practice. during covid Dr hadaway and Randal before that Dr abusi . I'm sick of getting to know a Dr with all my medical problems then they leave, something not right here, I need to trust a Dr now I have to start again.

Shocking to get an appointment. I have literally tried to ring over 100 times (not exaggerating). Line is constantly busy. Over 45 min to try and get an appointment and still not spoken to anyone. I've tried calling on numerous days but can never get through.
Have to tell a receptionist what's wrong in order to see a different doctor every single time (some of whom are wholly uninterested so its a lottery) and then wait, on average, an hour later than your actual appointment time before you get in. Phone on the day at 8am to get an appointment only to be told there are only nurse appointments so someone is obviously booking in advance but its an option I never get. Maybe a sign of the times but, all the same, the worst GP surgery I've ever used.
Always there to help. Always met with a smile. Great telephone manners
Feel lucky to have this practice. However staff turnover recently very high. Victim of NHS cutbacks.
