Vr Bank Sörup is one of the most disrespectful bank branches I have ever experienced in my life. We are from the United States and banks are very respectful and try to help with any problems. The bank here would allow transactions without our permission. When we would show proof and try to dispute the charges they would call us liars regardless of the proof in hand. They hire young kids to work the branch and these kids will not admit in doing anything wrong ever. The manager isnt any better he is very rude and i dont think he likes americans very much. The last time I was there I was told if you dont like the way we do things leave. Which i did close my account anf moved on to sparkasse where the customer service is fantastic.
