Had my bathroom shower remolded. Went from a plastic cover to a modern tile. Brian had great suggestions and convinced me to make the shower space larger. Without messing with the rest of my bathroom he found a way to bring the shower out more. Also the added on work was well within my budget and he didnt need any additional time to finish. So now the style of the shower is updated, the space within is so bigger, and their is no skin off my back. I'm extremely happy with what he has done to my shower. Now I am thinking about updating the rest of my bathroom.

Brian was referred by a neighbor who had used him several times. My neighbor used the magic words when he said that Brian was "reasonable, responsive, and meticulous". I initially contracted with him to repair some internal damage from prior water leaks and to identify the origin of those leaks. He gave me an estimate of three different ways he could resolve the problem. I chose to have the 23 year old roof replaced with which he responded that he would "toss in the interior work since he would be onsite anyways." After that job was completed I asked him to evaluate 3 small "handyman" projects which he completed in a day before embarking on a much larger job for another client. I recommend Brian highly for his ability to analyze a problem and offer several options with respect to the client's budget. His prompt return of texts and calls, his attention to detail, and his moderate pricing will make him my "go to" guy for jobs large and small.
