Great location. Smack bang in the middle of Saalbach. Ideal for skiing holidays as all Amenities are close by. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff quite welcoming and friendly. Excellent for my first visit here

What an absolutely amazing hotel! This place is top notch and the staff is wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the ski village at Saalbach...right by one of the main gondolas. So, perfect access to all four ski areas that make up Saalbach. I can't tell you how nice the staff was, they took care of our every need. Food was amazing, rooms were awesome. Just an all around great place! Shout out to the front desk staff, Kaur our bar tender, and Peter our server! Highly recommend this place. Oh, and the skiing was world class too!
Just went here for a coffee and got chocolate, which were very tasty. Worth a visit for the gentle soul of a doorman, he was very welcoming and even as a non-guest was more than willing to help us with some questions we had. He went out of his way to find answers to the questions he could not answer himself. Five stars just for him!
Beautiful Hotel 5*! Excellent location, really welcoming and friendly staff, and the food was fab; we had our own dedicated table each day it was perfect. We enjoyed the daily mail news update each morning, and the pool and spa were a great way to end the day following a day on the slippers. Will definitely be back!
Really great place with very nice and helpful service, delicious food and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the hotel is perfect just in the center of a quiet village. SPA and Wellness is rather small but really nice and well set up.
A great Hotel to stay in the sporty valley of Saalbach Interglemm
The best hotel in Saalbach by a long way. It’s perfectly located in the middle of the town, it has a boot room that is easily accessible and secure and is minutes from all the key lifts out of the town. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent - the breakfast choice is really, really good and at 4pm they do snacks when you come off the mountain - before then a three course dinner plus palate cleansers in between the courses for dinner. The rooms are either newer decorated and very chic or are more traditional alpine style and a bit bigger. The bathrooms could use a slight bit of modernisation, however nothing can take away from this hotel for me! The bar area is also a particular favourite - there has been many a Grunerveltliner consumed there!
Based on repeated experience, I can confirm - this is a very good and high quality hotel. Very good and ambitious service and friendly attitude. Delicious and good choice of food and excellent room service. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a spacious interior design. Very good relaxation options were offered by the cozy spa. In addition, usually there is a great atmosphere in the lobby and intresting relationship with different people. Also pleasant and warm attitude of the hotel owners representatives. Many thanks to the whole hotel team for creating a great feeling for guests! Going back to Saalbach, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
