Avoid these scammers or you will loose your money. Does not issue REFUND for 3 months now! phone support is not working, emails are just one direction lies. Sent me a non working HomePod (I bought it as completely new), I returned it next day and they claim that they have not received it back, even if currier service says the contrary and I have proof from currier that it arrived back. Waiting for refund for 3 months and they keep on lying to me. I would recommend to avoid them or you risk losing all your money!

Just received my a rare laptop I ordered from them. At first, I was a bit concerned due to the comments. But, I received the laptop as promised. I ordered it in Germany and during New year's holidays. I'm satisfied with their service.

Scammy support team I bought a soundbar which costed 300. I contacted deltatecc within the 2 years legal warranty to request a refund for an issue which the product had. They replied to me to send them back my item and that they will take care of it. I paid for the postage fee, sent it and they confirmed they received it. For 3 months they did nothing. No communication, no replacement, no repair, no refund. Nothing. After several emails back and forth. They offered me voluntarily the amount of around 105. Similar 2nd hand items are sold 220 at the market right now. I rejected the amount because it was too low and simply asked them to send me back my original item. To this day they have no communication back to me. They have both taken the original 300 I paid and have my item in their possession.

It seems there were a lot of reviews with people having problems with their orders, especially with people not from Germany. My experience was positive with them (order within Germany) and there's nothing I can complain about. I received a shipping number from them (via DHL), had it delivered to a Packstation and picked it up myself. Everything worked as expected.
