I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I've lived and moved between three countries with the same amount if stuff. Considering that I used this company ti move 6km in Barcelona, the experuence was truly ghastly. They: - Didn't abide to the time contracted for the move. - Sent a different team every day of the move. - Labelled the boxes illegibly and with no logic (e.g. food with clothes). - Packed our things in boxes as if it was rubbish. - We had to help them move boxes because they simply couldn't logistically get or organised. - Have no idea if packaging (e.g. bottle stoppers were wrapped to no end while antiques just arrived randomly thrown into boxes). - Proved ti be really incompetent; customer care was Third World standard. It took us four months of constant fighting to get compensation from the insurance they sold us. Above all, they were chasing us for 35 because their surveyor ordered less material than needed. Pleaee please please, think twice before hiring them.

Well organized, easy to reach by car, private parking, nice and clean 'trasteros', reasonably priced, friendly staff. Recommended.
El servicio de atención al cliente ofrecido por Alba y Raquel es excelente, tanto en trato, como en información. Además en mi caso se preocuparon y me ayudaron a solucionar un problema logístico con la señalización. También contraté el servicio de mudanza y de nuevo perfecto. Inicialmente con los consejos técnicos de Guifré como con las tres personas del transporte. En mi opinión muy recomendable. Repetiría.

El guardamuebles no està muy limpio no hay agua ni para lavarte las manos. No estamos muy contentos. Referente al personal tengo que decir que Alba es una joya en la empresa ,nos lo ha solucionado todo y su compañera Raquel también ha sido miy amable.
Esta lleno de material a un precio más que bueno un personal ....... el único defecto que hemos encontrado.
