My father (78 years old) when tonight to this hospital with vomiting and very bad flu symptoms. It took a doctor over 2 hours to come and see him after been waiting for a while. He suffer from heart condition and he was dehydrated. The lack of humanity and care for others in this hospital is horrendous. Be aware that if you need to come here prepare yourself mentally to die before they see you because they don't care for the patient well being at all. Funny fact is that when Spanians come to the US and they get sick we actually take care of their people in a faster fashion.. and I know that because I have witnessed it. If I could give this hospital a -1 star I definitely would have done it.

had to have an x-ray for my baby and they handled it very badly, was very bad experience and photo didn't come through clear enough, so she was exposed to radiation and no results of it at all.

Agradecer a todo el equipo de la planta nueve COVID por la profesionalidad y trato con el paciente, sois geniales muchisimas gracias.Mi madre de 85 años ha estado ingresada mas de 1 mes por COVID y desde el principio del ingreso hasta el alta ha estado muy bien atendida y ha salido del virus cosa q no se sabia , estaba muy grave. Muchas gracias doctores, enfermeras,auxiliates,tecnicos, celadores,etc. saludos

Me da para cada vez que visito cómo contar como tres o cuatro anécdotas y todas negativas. La última ,fui hoy a urgencias y después de esperar 4 horas e ir a quejarme a recepción me comunican que me llamaron y que como no respondí por eso el motivo de las 4 horas de espera. Creo que es un centro de profesionales mediocres y sin ningún amor por la excelencia.
