Unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour from a bank. I applied to open an account and made an appointment for their messenger to come pick up the documents required. They canceled the appointment twice last minute with an excuse that they did not know which staircase was the correct one. I checked and the address I had given was correct and accurate. Had to cancel the application. Wouldn't sacrifice another day of work.

after waiting 40 min to speak to someone njust to open account (abfter wasting an hour trying online at home) i spoke with a rep who didn't even know how to open an account for me. he had me fill out a form that he was not even sure was the correct one. he told me the madrid office would call me once the paper work was processed which obf course they never did. all this took another 30-40 minutes. when i called the madrid office they told me to go back to the office in barcelona. typical aggravating spanish service. it's like they don't want your business. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT COMPETENCE.
This bank is fully digital (they say), so I opened a bank account online. Sent all my documents (passport, NIE) and made an appointment with the delivery guy for my cards on a wednesday between 16-20h. No one showed up. Called the next morning and the lady on the phone was getting angry as I did not speak Spanish, according to her customer service is only in Spanish. She said go to an office. So I went to this office. The guy told me that he could not give me my cards as you need a residence card to confirm and I did not have it. So weird as I spoke to customer service multiple times and they never told me. However I said multiple times I only have a NIE. So 2 weeks passed, had to fill in a lot but nothing worked out with this company. They should be more clear

Trato muy educado, a mi personalmente, muy bien, antes del covi. Hasta podías tomarte un café. Genial, eso sí es un banco www. As de hacértelo tú. Las cosas habituales, x eso cero comisiones, pero te ayudan en cualquier duda. Por eso mi valoración, es la más alta si vas a otro banco, no hacen nada parecido,

Es mejorable el servicio de atención al cliente de esta oficina, solamente atiende una persona a pesar de haber más personal, o al menos es la sensación que da, el trato es amable y cordial pero las esperas se hacen demasiado largas, por lo demás no veo nada negativo.
Por fin una mega oficina para dar cobertura a una zona que lo demandaba hace tiempo....me encanta puedes hacer tus gestiones, tomar un, café los niños estan ocupados.... genial
