A Procurator (or "Procurador de los Tribunales" in Spanish) is an agent representing others in a court of law, a typical figure in Spanish law and judiciary system, similar to other figures in countries retaining Roman civil law such as "Solicitadores de execução" in Portugal or "Huissiers de Justice" in France and many other countries.
