I initially found Sackett Auto when I was looking for a repair place next to my house after moving from further outside the city. I saw Sackett had great reviews and brought my car in. I have little technical knowledge of cars and was nervous about feeling pressured at a car repair shop the same way I did at my dealership, but Omar guided me through what repairs were needed for my car and went above and beyond answering every one of my questions. He is transparent and prompt about communicating what is needed and the price of the repairs. When I was in the market for a new car, Omar gave me great advice/pointers on the car buying process which is why I take my new car to Sackett too. I recommend this place to all of my friends and will continue taking my car here as long as I can.

Omar & his team are the BEST!! He was very thorough & detailed in both explaining & investigating why my steering wheel kept locking up when my car made sharp turns & when reversing, even when driving. It is very rare to find an honest car expert these days. Thank you very much for fixing my car issues.
