They are selling 370 Rpm fan by telling it is 400 Rpm. We innocently believe them and got fooled. Such behaviour is breaking trust for shopping offline. Im not happy with the speed of fan so i called them amd they r denying replacing it. By this experience i have realised there is no after sale support in offline shopping as compared to online shopping. Poor after sale support. They don't entertain you after you purchased it. If anyone want proof of purchase you can contact me on mail [email protected]. Its a genuine review based on poor experience.
Very good shop in thane for lighting materials
Won't recommend, the shopkeeper is very rude and sells the product which are on display. We received a faulty product (chandelier). Won't know how to talk to their customers.
