Had Mark come out for a pre paid boiler repair. He told us our valves were broken and our system was full of gunk and we were in desperate need of a new combi system. He manually opened the valves. Later that evening he called and told us what he did could cause our cold water tank to collapse so should check it after a few hours. We turned it off and called another plumber. On arrival the new plumber noticed that the cold water cover had been knocked in filling the tank with insulation. As Mark was the only suspect we called and asked if he had noticed it. He was extremely aggressive with his response and I consequently spent the next 6 hours in the loft with a sieve. We called oftec the next day who said the manual override mark had done was dangerous and we should switch off our boiler immediately. We asked Mark to refund our 90, he told us he hadn't charged enough

Communications good, gas Safe man knew what he was doing. Our new hob was fitted in at the end of his working day. Much appreciated.
Great communication throughout the planning with Hannah in the office, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered, and the installation team were fantastic, the work was done exactly as detailed, the guys were really neat and efficient, and really genuinely keen to do a good job - really very very pleased with everything. Very happy with the professional way the new boiler installation was completed. Clear explanation of works required and how it works - before, during and after installation. Appreciated the respectful handling of my next door neighbour as access via her garden was required for the new pipework and flue to comply with modern safety standards. My house was cleaned up afterwards, so no dust or mess. No hesitation in recommending these guys.
